World of Warcraft Item Upgrades
Item upgrades are a key part of gearing up your character. Upgrades increase the base damage as well as enhancements of items.
They also provide bonuses and enhancements. The Blacksmith can sell them to you.
Players can recycle any item by pressing the upgrade button on it. Each item recycled adds a level to the upgrade gauge.
Weapon
When an item is upgraded, it will gain an initial damage bonus, as well as a scaling factor that can affect other stats. Some upgrade components have aesthetic effects while others give additional benefits. These upgrades can be slotted into armor, weapons trinkets and gathering tools, and they generally require that the equipment has an upgrade slot that is available and meet certain requirements. Once a weapon or armor piece features an upgrade component within it, the item can be upgraded, but the previous upgrade will be destroyed (except for legendary equipment and upgrades). Upgrade components can be found with the help of a Black-Lion Salvage Kit or an Ascended Salvage Tool, or by using a salvage tool of high-end quality on the item the item.
A weapon can also be upgraded to include a calibration attribute that boosts certain stats, for example Weakspot damage or Crit Rate. This is done through the Gear Workbench interaction menu. This can be done four times based on the weapon level.
When the weapon reaches its maximum level of improvement and is then rebuilt to add additional effects and bonuses or to boost specific stats. These upgrades can all be applied at once, and their effects will differ based on how rare the weapon is.
Two Blacksmiths are able to perform these upgrades in the game: Blacksmith Iji on the Road to the Manor Site of Grace and Smithing Master Hewg at the Church of Elleh hub. Both upgrade materials are different: Smithing Stones to modify the kind of damage a weapon deals and Somber Smithing Stones to modify standard weapons.
In general, it's advisable to increase the damage of your weapon first. Then you can increase your armour defense and finally, the secondary stats that are required by your build. It is not uncommon to see melee Druids upgrade their weapons before upgrading any other equipment. This will increase DPS. This is especially applicable to enchantments that enhance a weapon's stats and damage.
Armor
Item upgrades allow players to improve the base stats of certain pieces of armor trinkets, weapons, trinkets, and gathering tools. These upgrades may also provide additional effects, for example, more damage or cosmetic enhancement. Item Upgrades can be obtained by crafting, purchasing from NPC vendors, or in loot drops, or as quest rewards.
Armor can be improved by visiting the Armorer NPC, and spending the appropriate currency. In most cases the armor will be upgraded to the next level after an upgrade is applied. This can be done for any type of armor, but certain items are not upgradeable at all (such as the starter armor in Great Sky Island).
item upgrader increase the item's strength or defense by a small amount. Some upgrade components, however, can result in significant increases in strength or defense. This is particularly relevant when upgrading epic items.
Some upgrades provide special abilities that can be activated when wearing armor. These abilities can prove beneficial in combat. For example they can boost the speed of attack or block. Certain upgrades provide effect that are passive and can be useful like decreasing damage when wearing armor, or increasing the chance to dodge an attack.
Based on the type of armor being used, upgrading an item can require multiple tries. If a player is looking to upgrade Steelclash armor to Dragonscale and the first attempt will result in a brand new Dragonscale armor with a defense base between 59-67. The second attempt will result in a brand new Dragonscale armor with an initial defense of 67-77, and it goes on.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild allows players to upgrade their armor sets up to level 4. To do so it is necessary to visit each of the four locations known as Great Fairy Fountains in the game. Each of these locations is home to the power of a fairy who can upgrade one piece of armor for the player.
Contrary to popular belief, armor in The Division 2 is not useful. The truth is that certain armors come with very substantial increases in poison or curse, fire or magic damage reduction, making them very useful for certain types of builds. There are other ways to increase the stats of armor beyond the use of upgradeable armor, such as the engineer trait that increases armor penetration, or the challenger trait to reduce total weight.
Potion
When you put a potion into the stand for brewing, you can unlock new effects. The upgrade opens a different tier of potion effects, and can be re-used to increase the potency.
The potion also has a custom color code that the player can pick by using /give. This can affect the area-of-effect clouds as well as arrows produced by the potions. In Bedrock Edition, the custom color code of the potion is also applied to the effects of the potion's particle effects.
The water bottle, the mundane, thick and awkward potions now have a brand new texture of brewing. In the Creative Inventory, potion healing and potion weakness are now available. The addition of lingering potions which can be made with splash potions or Dragon breath. Also added is a thick potion which has the status effect Mining Fatigue. Trinket
A trinket is a small, inexpensive ornament or piece of jewelry. This can be a ring, necklace or even a small flag that is used to identify a vessel's yard that is lateen. This can also refers to the trinket with gilded gold that is fixed to the mast of a boat.
This macabre trinket is believed to be influencing the inhabitants of this maze and making them more popular. This trinket, at present, makes all types of mimics more common and gives each floor a A% chance that it has an ebony-colored replica. Upgrades to this trinket will cost a small amount of energy.
The magic from this enchanted scepter seems to influence the dungeon, making it more likely to produce water and grass. This trinket at the current level, will cause X% of the regular floors to be filled with grass or water. It does not affect glyphs, enchantments or cursed weapons or armor or items that are produced to help solve danger rooms.
The item, which appears like a eyes of a nymph, seems to affect your vision in a manner that goes beyond simply narrowing your field of vision. At the present time, this trinket can increase the total health of the drinkers of healing, waterskins, and wells of health by X% and grants mind eyesight on enemies within Y tiles. This is not a stacking feature with the Heightened Senses.
Skull Cavern is where you will find Trinkets after you have completed the Mastery Cave. You can find them by defeating Monsters, and in chests and crates. They aren't found in the Mines or Volcano Dungeon.
Place the trinket into the Anvil whenever it is required to be upgraded. This will have an effect on the trinket that is random, either increasing or strengthening its effects. You can reuse the trinket as often as you want, but it will always be able to produce an effect that is new.
You can upgrade your Trinkets in the Alchemy Station by placing them into a Magical Catalyst. It will cost you 6 energy, but increase the power of the trinket by a tiny amount.
